The non-woven production center has non-woven fabric production equipment for the needling, hot-rolling, stitching, stereotyping and bonding which is advanced in Germany, Taiwan and Mainland China; and the chemical fiber production center has advanced recycled polyester staple fiber production line with differential functions. The products are with “COSTIN” trademark, a Fujian Famous Trademark, and the “COSTIN non-woven fabric” is rewarded ad a Fujian Famous Product. Stitch bonding fabric and the shoe insole products have passed the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Swiss international ecological textile certificate.

The non-woven technology R&D center established jointly by the Company and Tianjin Polytechnic University and the new fabric material R&D center founded jointly by the Company and Wuhan University of Science and Engineering both have strong development capacity, especially good at the R&D of all kinds of functional fiber, non-woven fabric and high-grade garment materials and shoe materials, and have many patented technologies and advanced technologies both at home and abroad in the line of non-woven professional shoe materials such as novel green shoe materials, filtration materials and functional non-woven fabrics. In June, 2008, with the approval of the National Development & Reform Commission, the company drafted out three industrial standards, namely, Stitch-Bonded Nonwoven Fabric Reinforced Material, Needle Elastic Non-Woven Material, and Needle Non-Woven Fiber Material; In October, 2008, the Company was awarded as the “national green filter material development base”, and in December, 2008, the technology center of the company was awarded as the provincial technology center.
